Uwielbiam wszelkiego rodzaju "energy balls". A to lubi臋 w艂a艣nie najbardziej - tworzenie nowych smak贸w! Otwieram szafke kuchenn膮 i zastanawiam si臋, co tym razem mog臋 zblendowa膰 razem, aby stworzy膰 pyszne, domowe kulki mocy. :D Termin wa偶no艣ci zbli偶a艂 si臋 ku ko艅cowi wi臋c postanowi艂am, 偶e tym razem ten oto sk艂adnik b臋dzie baz膮 moich kulek mocy! Ostateczny sk艂adnik to m膮ka kokosowa, ktora po艂膮czona z mango i daktylami dodaje kulkom mocy tropikalnego smaku! Obtoczy艂am je w mieszance mielonych ziaren, ale mo偶ecie zast膮pi膰 je dowolnym dodatkiem - pysznie sprawdz膮 si臋 wi贸rki kokosowe czy mielone orzechy :)

3-SK艁ADNIKOWE KULKI MOCY MANGO & KOKOS
6 kulek mocy

100g suszonego mango
dowolne dodatki do otoczenia kulek (wi贸rki kokosowe, mielone orzechy etc.)

Odlej wod臋, prze艂贸偶 mango i daktyle do misy miksera i zblenduj. Prze艂贸偶 powsta艂膮 mas臋 do (du偶ej) miski i dodaj m膮k臋 kokosow膮, najpierw wmieszaj j膮 za pomoc膮 艂y偶ki, nast臋pnie u偶yj d艂oni aby po艂膮czy膰 razem wszystkie sk艂adniki. Uformuj 6 r贸wnych kulek i obtocz w wybranych dodatkach. W艂贸偶 do lod贸wki na min. 2h, przechowuj r贸wnie偶 w lod贸wce, max. 5 dni. Smacznego! :)

I love homemade energy balls! There're various reasons why, but mainly because they are easy and relatively quick to make, much cheaper than store-bought ones and every time you make them, you can create a new, tasty combination of flavours! And that's what I like the most - creating new flavours. I open my kitchen cupboard, look inside and think what can I put together this time to create yummy, homemade energy balls... Recently I've found some dried mango in my cupboard, I didn't even remember buying it... and the best before date was soon, so I decided that this time dried mango will be the base of my energy balls. I didn't have that much of it though, so I added a handful of dates too. The last ingredient was coconut flour, which in combination with the mango and dates created a nice tropical taste! I rolled my energy balls in Yay&Yum milled seeds which I got from the brand to try out and I do recommend them - they're rich in essential fatty acids, protein, and fibre :)

3 INGREDIENT MANGO & COCONUT ENERGY BALLS
6 energy balls

100g unsweetened dried mango
60g dates (I recommend using fresh ones, if you're using dry dates, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes)
35g coconut flour
Yay&Yum milled seeds to roll the balls in, or desiccated coconut/chopped nuts/etc

Soak the mango in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften it a bit (add the dates too if they're hard and dry). Strain the mango (and dates) and add them to the blender bowl and blend for about 30sec or until you reach a mostly smooth consistency, it doesn't need to be perfectly smooth like a puree or that type of thing. Then add the coconut flour and mix it in with a spoon first, and then using your hands combine all the ingredients together. Form 6 even balls and roll them in milled seeds/desiccated coconut/chopped nuts/etc. Put them in a fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before eating, store in a fridge for max. 5 days in an air-tight container. Enjoy! :)
